The game ended during the 1888. There were no Chinese rebellions. Multiple spontaneous Wars broke out, with France declaring War on Spain over Marocco, Germany declaring War on Italy over Madagascar, and Britain declaring War on America over Hawaii. France then allied with Germany against Italy, and America came to Italy's defense.
This game was run in a British mail 'zine, 'The Cunning Plan', with players communicating by Email.
