GM: Shaun Derrick

The game ended in 1880. After a conflict between Belgium and Great Britain in Kongo, Belgium ended up leading an allaince with Germany, France, Japan, and the United States all in a War against Britain. However, Britain managed to keep the "allies" not fully united, and as a result managed to run the ETI all the way to the end game. As Belgium was the first declarer, no power took the Great War Penalty. There were no Chinese Rebellions.

Gihan Bandaranaike was replaced by Ned McIver as France during the War.
Tony Silva was replaced by Dave Rubin as the United States during the War.
