The game ended in 1892. France violated a Treaty with Germany, which would have allowed Germany to place codominions in Kongo and Indochina. Germany declared War on France, and on America (over a conflict in Argentina) as well. Britain joined Germany as an offensive ally. A variety of resulting treaty breaches eventually resulted in the Great War when the game ending ETI was reached on a treaty breach by Austria-Hungary, resulting in only Germany taking the Great War penalty. There were no Chinese Rebellions.
Brad Martin took over from Doug Massie as France in the 1884 Negotiations phase.
