The game ended during the 1892 Negotiations phase. Germany had already
declared War against the Netherlands when a failure of Negotiations forced the
downgrade of a French Influence in Sarawak due to the placement of a German
Protectorate there. This downgrade pushed European tensions to 100. Germany
was the only power to take the Great War blame, both as the first declarer in
an ongoing War and as the power resposible for forcing the downgrade. There
were no Chinese rebellions in the game.
